Mr. Moore served honorably in the United States Navy as a Radio Transmitter during the Vietnam War. His career in the trucking industry spanned thirty years. He was a professional and possessed a work ethic matched by few. Pete, AKA Captain Rum Butt, was good at many things. He was a sailor and a fisherman, and his latest adventure was airboating with good friends. He provided many opportunities for reunions with his siblings. Where there was Pete, there very likely was laughter. Mr. Moore is survived by his siblings, Craig Allen Moore, Cathleen Moore Clark (Robin), Laurie Long (Monroe), Melissa Vines, and Juno Moore. The family will have a gathering at a later date.
