Pauline G. Oden, 91 Okeechobee – Pauline G. Oden died May 31, 2022. She was born April 15, 1931 in Winston County, Alabama to Lemons Gilliland and Minnie (Watts) Gilliland. She was a resident of Okeechobee since 1985, she was of Christian faith. She was a Walmart greeter for 12 years, she enjoyed puzzles, cooking, and spending time with her family. Ms. Oden was preceded in death by her husband, JD Oden. She is survived by her children, Bonnie Salter (Chet), of Okeechobee, Donnie Oden (Billye), of Okeechobee, Judy Hall (Wayne), of Clewiston, Larry Oden (Vicki), of Blairsville Georgia; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren: one great great grandchild; brother, Harlyon Gilliland (Avea), of Jasper, Alabama; sisters, Carolyn Hall (Bobby), of Mulberry, and Jimmie Mercer, of Boca Raton. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
