Jeanne Lucretia Stickler, 87 Okeechobee – On February 6, 2022 Jeanne Lucretia Stickler went home to be with her Lord and Savior - ABBA Father. She was born on April 7, 1934 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to William and Mary (Cocker) Elder. She had been a resident of Okeechobee since 1996, she attended Okeechobee Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing, and collecting antique buttons, but loved speeding time with her family and sharing about her faith in Christ. Mrs. Stickler was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jennifer Custis; and grandson, Jonathan William Stickler. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, William Harold Stickler; son, Jonathan Stickler married to Amanda, of Hamburg, Pennsylvania; sister, Judith married to Stuart Schappell, of Kutztown, Pennsylvania; six grandchildren, Mandy Lyn married to Matt Milich, Kristy Ann married to Brandon Stitzel, Joshua Laurence Laubach son of Jennifer, Allison Nicole married to Norman Murphy, Matthew Davis Laubach son of Jennifer, married to Kylie, Betsy Elly married to Kile Clauser; twelve great grandchildren, Sophia and William Milich, Mason Stitzel, Austin and Allison Laubach children of Joshua, Charis, Jayni and Callan Murphy, Julian and Jensen Laubach children of Matthew, and Addalyn and Elias Clauser. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home.
