He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 5, 1963 to James and Pearl Bales. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and hunting. Mr. Bales was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his spouse of 23 years, Marcia R. Bales; daughters, Lori Winkelbach and Tonya Pies; grandsons, Chandler and Charlie; sister, Victoria Bales; and brother, Mike Bales (Pam). Visitation will be 3 p.m. until services at 4 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home.
